A methodology for revaluating and tracking the energy savings for the retro commissioning and Energy Efficiency Improvement Measures is through a calibrated eQUEST model.  The model takes into account the building construction, lighting, plug loads, as well as the information on the HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and BAS.  A sample of the data fields that is entered into the models is presented in the associated graphic.
