HVAC Commissioning is a systematic process, which begins with the review of the design plans and specifications, review of contractor’s submittals and shop drawings, followed by site verification of the systems and equipment installation and start-up, functional and operational testing, and concludes after the training of the operational and maintenance staff.
MBO team members are trained and certified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) to provide building commissioning per national standards and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). |
